Richmond Police Department
Beat 7
Officer Ronnie Molnoskey

January 2010
This has been a good month. I met with three beat contacts. On 010710, I spoke with Kelly Flecknoe, owner of the Gold Connection, located at 206 Highway 90A. The business had been burglarized a couple of years ago, so I occasionally stop by and see how things are going there. On 011210, I met with Javier Garcia. Mr. Garcia said that he has resided in the neighborhood for a couple of years and had no complaints. I gave him my business card and told him to call if he needed help with anything. On 012710, I met Guadalupe Lozano. Ms. Lozano has resided in the neighborhood for over 20 years. Her major complaint was loud music coming from some of her neighbors. I told her that I was in the neighborhood on a regular basis and that I do make stops on loud music when I come across it. I gave her my business card and told her if that or any other problems arise, to give me a call. I located a junk vehicle at 205 Grayless. The vehicle identified as a multicolored Chevy pick-up bearing TXLP VZ7-674 registered to Richard Tillery. I spoke with the resident at that address, identified as Heather Tillery. Ms. Tillery said that her husband, Richard Tillery, was the owner of the vehicle, but he was not home at this time. I advised her of the city ordinance pertaining to junk vehicles. I advised her that I could give him a couple of weeks, but the vehicle would either have to be brought up to compliance or be moved. Ms. Tillery was very grateful and said that she has been telling him for a while now to get rid of the truck, but he did not want to. Now that the police were involved, she could finally get it out of the yard. I gave her my business card and told her to have Mr. Tillery call me if he had any questions. Also this month, I spoke with Jimmy Bryan on several occasions. On 012810, I made contact with Antonio Campos, a registered sex-offender, and made sure all of his information was current.
