Citizen's Police Academy

Chief Bill Whitworth and the members of the Richmond Police Department would like congratulate Class #15 of the Richmond Citizen’s Police Academy on the completion of their course.  A graduation ceremony, sponsored by the Richmond Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association, was held at Schulze’s BBQ in Rosenberg on Monday, April 7.  The purpose of the Richmond Citizen’s Police Academy is to provide citizens with a better understanding of the operations of the Richmond Police Department and law enforcement in general.
